We have always been able to offer a wide variety of properties on flexible terms. In KCR Estate for example we have a large range of units, from 100 – 5,000 sq.ft. Many of our tenants have been with us for 30 years moving from smaller to larger units according to their requirements. Many of these would be let on Monthly Licence Agreements suitable for the smaller business; no long commitments but simply pay a month’s deposit and can leave with a month notice.
